GWF - Weapon Master (class feature) - bugged

The rank 4 of Weapon Master (class feature) does not grant stacks when perform a successful hit.

    Is the 4th rank null, or all ranks?

    Confirmed this is happening to me as well.
    At rank 3 the stacks appears and successful hits grant stacks of Weapon Master (working as intended)
    At rank 4 on successful hits, it does not grant any Weapon Master buff at all.

    The bug was on preview for a long time and was reported... and made it into the release.
    After the patch today... nothing changed.
    The passive everybody is using who plays a GWF is totally bugged.
    I have set it to rank 4 and I don´t get ANY STACK. No stacks. Zero.

    PLEASE SET IT ON KNOWN ISSUES !!! AND FIX IT ASAP
