Will Xbox One be getting the Paladin Class from PC? Is the Paladin on PC a hybrid healer?

Paladin will be coming to Xbox One later in the year. It is a Tank and Healer, depending on which Paragon you pick

Oh so they made him like the orignal WoW Pally? Able to actually heal. It will be interesting to see how the Pally does with healing in this game. That role is really lacking.

This saddens me but I have to agree. I made a second character and ran a few dungeons. Heals were so far and few between. I mainly play a Cleric and lately have been blasting out 4-6 million in healing per dungeon and will only get better as I upgrade my gear. Current gear score is just shy of 10k. I even tell people in my groups when they ask if I heal or dps that I couldn't DPS if my life depended on it. I am strictly a healer. And this is one of the more challenging games I have ever played being a healer due to how healing works. There is a pretty harsh learning curve for people to learn what works and how to effectively heal a group in this game. I am sure it will get better with time so be patient.

Just made a thread in the feedback on the lack of healing in this game. I just hope people read and respond to this.

Actually the made it the way a Paladin is in pen and paper. I hate how everyone fails to realize there is a tabletop aspect of D&D and WoW and Diablo isnt the intervaters of the RPG genre.

Like you, I can't believe how much these Dungeons and Dragons nerds have "borrowed" from World of Warcraft. Come up with something new guys and you might be able to compete.

I play D&D tabletop. The pally in WoW got dumbed down I saw and wasn't very good at healing anymore. If it wasn't for D&D, there would be any RPGs in the first place. I get that. But, not everyone has played it, or heard of it, outside these means. Got to compare it to the best examples for the masses sometimes. I hope it is alot like the handbook Paladins. Those guys kick apples.

If it was based on table top more though wouldn't there be more of a damage aspect to paladins? Cause from what ive read ur immortal from 1-60 61-65 is a fight to grind and 66-70 the mob is immortal cause you do exactly zero damage.

I LOVE healing. I was a pally healer in WOW for years and quit when they nerfed everything. I also LOVE how I am being challenged as a healer once again. I am only a level 21 and just started playing a few days ago. It cracks me up when I first go into a dungeon and everybody runs ahead of me until they realize I actually heal them. Then, they run with me to stay around my heals. I am still trying to figure out all of the spells and best HUD configurations. I will probably have to completely respec as I get to higher levels.

Too funny. But seriously, I hope the Paladins are based more on actual paladins. We'll have a wait until the xbox 1 sees them, but I'll gladly do it.

The healing role is NOT lacking. I have several in my guild and players I Tank with, that are great healers. Those you have come across dont understand they are supposed to heal and buff not DPS especially during the T2 Boss fights. But the DC players are not the only class that needs proper training.

Thanks for gracing us DnD nerds on this forum which u obviously use, read, post...etc. So that makes you better.....worse! Calling people nerds as you play the same game, use the same forums as them is idiotic. Anyway, on to your other statement.

I truly forgot to WoW was the first game ever, seeing as how I played Warcraft when it was called Frozen Throne in confused by your statement. So your saying WoW invented the Pally? Hmm, that's interesting. Guess the books I read before WoW was thought of were from a future where WoW had already been made. Only one thing to say to your craziness....WoW!

Salt failed his check against Sarcasm.

    Definitely doesn't play a caster.
