CW Spell Twisting Feat

CW's have this new feat called Spell Twisting. This affects their CDs, unfortunately its affecting the items in their potions tray + the Artifact itself. The reduced CD for the Artifact is down to 30 Seconds. Please fix this. This is Game Breaking. Kindly fix it as soon as possible.

    Has anything changed here?

    DCs and HRs bugs are fixed very soon and this?
