Spell mastery broken on Entangling Force rank 4

Just as the title says... Spell mastery is broken on Entangling Force when upgraded to rank 4. It no longer pulls the adds to the target at all. Which basically sucks... I use Entangling to pull everything together, then use sudden storm, then steal time, then disintegrate on any mob still up. Works awesome for me, well it did when it was working. Please fix so I don't have to respec just to downgrade entangling back to rank 3.

    If someone could respond on whether this is being worked on with an ETA or not would be awesome to know if I have to pay for a respec for it. I will be pissed if so but good to know.
