Looking to start a PvP guild!

Looking for players on XB1 who are older with mics to start a pvp guild. Our main focus will be to be the best obviously ;) also to help gear new players. Mic’s are required also being 18+ is a huge plus message me on xbone if you’re interested my gamertag is bigshakes.
