[Mod 6] Tyranny of Dragons Heroic Enounters Leaderboard

Since Mod 6 I'm noticing something strange with the Success/Great Success metrics for the Tyranny of Dragons Dragon HEs.
Prior to mod 6 I rarely had any trouble achieving Great Success consistently, since mod 6 I'm getting standard Success even when I'm extremely confident that I would have gotten Great Success previously.
I can't be 100% certain since you don't give us the actual leaderboard stats for HEs, nor tell us what the requirements for Great Success are... But in the most obvious example, of the 10+ I have so far, I was fighting the dragon completely alone for a few minutes and got it down about 20-25% of its total HP, then a few other players arrived and we finished it off. My result, standard Success...how is that possible?
I have to assume something is not working as intended here, and I've heard from others who have similar experiences.
Please look into these HEs, specifically when some of the players are scaled down and some aren't, I'm pretty sure something is going wrong there now and players are getting invalid success results.
