GWF weapon lvl 70 bugged ! Don't show "%" of bonus power (in my case Sure Strike show "??%").

    Confirmed this is happening to me too, I believe it was okay at Green (Uncommon) level, but after I have upgraded it to Purple (Epic) level and start rolling for the abilities, I noticed Sure Strike's bonus dmg became ??% instead of showing 2, 4, 6, 8%.

    Please investigate and confirm if this is a visual bug or if the bonus dmg is missing too, thanks.
