Xbox One: Looking to start a guild

Hello, fellow Neverwinter players! I'm looking to start a guild and could use some help. I've talked with my friends about starting one, but the problem is we're one player short, and my friends are rarely online. While I would like to start this guild with my friends and I as the founding members, life just got in the way. This where you could come in. If you are interested in joining message me at my gamertag: UnholySpirit447. I will allow you to help choose the guild's name and make you an officer of the guild. Preferably, I would hope you have a low level character, so everything can be balanced for other guild members. As fun as it is to oneshot low level enemies, it would not be fair to members with a low level character, as they would not be allowed to gain experience.
Requirements: There's only one, don't be a d-bag. No one likes that guy who's completely full of themselves. My friends and I want this guild to be a fun, care-free environment.
Benefits: 1. Possibly an officer rank and a hand in the naming the guild. 2. No more waiting in queues! Trust me, waiting forever to do that dungeon quest can be really annoying, so if you want a shorter wait time, or just want to jump in with a full group of your fellow guild-mates, now you can. 3. You want loot, you get loot! The need/greed game can be very annoying when there's a piece of loot you want, but you have to hope a stranger doesn't beat you for it. However, in this guild, if there's a piece of loot you want, you can have it. In the event of a tie, the equipment will go to the lower level character as they probably need it more than you. 4. Finally, help!. If you've just got the game or have created a new character, someone from the guild will assist you in leveling up. Early one this would most likely be me, as the guild would be consisted of a few people and I'm usually active for most of the day.
Optional: A microphone. A mic. would make communication much easier between guild members. If you don't have one, don't sweat. I've had friends who never had a mic. so it's not really a big deal.
I've hoped that this is enough to convince you to help me start a guild. I really want this to work as the Xbox Neverwinter community isn't great. As stated above it's really hard to find people to play with sometimes, and when you do, they could always leave to go play with their friends or something.
