Zen not showing up

Hi.
I've purchased Zen (500, £3.99), trough the Game Hub on the xbox. Purchase went trough, got the confirmation email from microsoft as usual.
But when I restarted neverwinter, the 500 zen doesn't show anywhere. Do I need to go somewhere specific to claim it?

    same here. bought about $30 of Zen but I never got it. you better not be scamming us out of our Zen

    Please file a support ticket. I am sorry but the forums can not be used to resolve billing and account issues.
