Server not responding.... ever.

Will there ever come a time where you address this issue? I can't begin to tell you how much I love paying for items in game and then never being able to play.... Where do I request my refund?

    I am sorry to hear you are having connection issues. If you wish please a thread in the Bug Reports section including your ISP and Bandwidth Speed so the developers can better gauge hat the causes could possibly be so any issues could be remedied. Rants might make you feel better but they do not solve problems.

    However, account and billing issues must be addressed through a customer service ticket and not through the forums.
