Just a FYI Paladins Vow of Enmity will highlight a TR, while they are in stealth, on top of the 40% damage increase , and it also deals damage from a Paladin from your various feats, and skills, I have seen up to 10k crits with it.
So it can be used to increase your damage on any class, makes TR easily tracked while they insta- stealth, provides a 40% increase in damage that when used with Vengeful Judge's 35%( when they fix it), and the Paly's ability to generate Power as they are hit can load up nicely, 3 or 4 hits is all it takes to add 6k in power currently at 65 my power goes form 4300 - 10.2 in 3 hits or so.

40% damage? Those are not the numbers I'm seeing. I'm getting ~20% damage increase at rank 3 when testing on target dummies. Ranks don't seem to work or either they provide +10% per rank of the initial 20%. Which translates into a total of 24% at rank 3. Meh...
