Hello guys, im here to report that the bloodtheft enchantment is procing without internal cooldown for a period after the first activate and dont stop til u get distance and stop hitting the target, working rly different tham intended and creating a infinite reflecting damange/heal system against high DoT classes that is insane.
If u guys have difficulty in reproducing the effect i have a video there that show me against a CW, at first he use negation, them he change for bloodtheft and reflected like all hits/dots i've aplied as bloodtheft hits, doing me something like 70k damange and healing that amount, just becouse of the zero internal cooldown. (Yeah, im speaking portuguese on the video, its just a piece of my stream so dont blame me)

, btw same bug existed in mog 5 always against dot classes, tanks leached 3/4 of my health with perfect bloodtheft multiprocs, only throwing a small dot on him
mod 6 this multiproccing 3 time "onehittet" me against one GWF using this broken enchant, in case of a very small cooldown, its broken as hell in PVP
I won´t be surprised if this obvious BS-enchant won´t get fixed 24. april
