Bug: Line Breaker Assault

This is the level 65 encounter power. You suppose to charge enemies and cause damage plus extra damage to initial target and those within 4 feet of target of charge.

Nothing happens. I tried several different groups to see damage or extra damage. Nothing again. My character does the flash thing and pass through enemies doing nothing. Also, sometimes the 2.5% dmg reduction does not show up at time.:(

Line Breaker Assault encounter power is completely useless at the moment do not use until devs can fixed this problem.:(

    As a Guardian Fighter who just unlocked this power, I can totally confirm that it is bugged as to be totally useless. My character charges forward, but instead of colliding with an enemy, he just passes through them, then does a "striking" animation, then nothing.

    REported right after mod 6 came alive.
    Didn't fixed.
