HR feats stop working sometimes

Hi A.A here.
After i dc'ed on my HR (happend like twice ).
My feat would stop work , even after i quit/re enter game.
The Only FIX was that i re-install the game.
But then i Dc'ed again ,or even died ,and feat stop work.
The feat on question : Swiftness of the fox ( CD reduction -when use melle reduce cd on range..when use range reduce cd on melle)
I never experienced such bug.
Now it hits Me twice in 1 day
Other experience such ???HR or other class dosent matter.
