Failed Login Problems - Is this being fixed?!

So half the bug forum is now filled with posts from people who cannot login. If they cant see this is an issue then they literally do not read this forum.
Ive tried all the different things others have posted and messing with the bloom levels allowed me to get into game after trying for 2 hours. Then i played for 30 mins, specifically waiting to make sure game works. Everything was fine so i spent 20 bucks on zen and 20 seconds after im kicked out of game and cannot log back in. So basically it worked long enough for me to give cryptic money and then stopped.
So far I cant even tell if this issue is being fixed?! Am I just supposed to sit here and hope they do something about this while my bank account has 20 bucks sucked out of it by cryptic? Great service!
