BUG: Oath of Protection Vengeful Judge Feat

The capstone feat for Justice 'Vengeful Judge' is almost entirely broken--but only for Oath of Protection Paladins! It works fine for Oath of Devotion.

My guess as to why this is the case is because your paragon path fundamentally changes your class mechanic, and it is bugged with Divine Call: Protection, but not Divine Call: Devotion.

When you take it as OoP, activating Divine Call: Protection gives you the normal benefits of the Divine Call, but the 'Judge' buff that is generated by the feat Vengeful Judge is completely missing. You do not gain the cooldown reduction nor the damage bonus for the duration as intended.

However, your encounter powers still have a chance to grant you a charge of Divine Call. That is working fine, but the main part of the feat is goofed up.

This is a major part of the class if you go down the Justice tree and I hope that it is fixed soon!

Blinding Oath on the Protection line seems broken too. with 3 points in it its suppose to force all mobs to attack me for 6 seconds. it doesn't seem to do what the text says. mobs don't attack for 6 seconds, although when it ends I see a burst to deal damage back to other mobs, it seems some other amount of time later, not just the exact 6 seconds after the benefit supposedly ends.
