Things that are broken that were not broken the last time I was actively playing:
- Proccing inconsistently.
- Only counting Encounter powers now.
- Only proccing on one mob out of multiple
I've been away for a while, but I don't recall it being this useless. However, this is not the real glaring problem:
- Stealth regen rate is not increased as it previously was.
This breaks the path, pretty much. Everything Exe does requires being in stealth, the stealth regen speed increase made it possible to actually re-enter stealth, it no longer works, thus it's obscenely difficult to get back into stealth... Yeah, what the heck, Cryptic? Fix this already.
Also, this is not a thread about how much you hate TR, so if you're going to come into this thread and whine about TR, don't.
Over two months later, this has been neither acknowledged nor fixed. Sigh.
Stealth is my damage. Damage is my survival. Less stealth means less damage means less survival. Longer regen time means more time for the mobs to hit me and screw me up before I get more stealth. Sure, dodge more, but it's still taking longer than it should and when you're dodging you're not doing damage.
Not proccing SoD on the cloud of trash means they live longer. Having it proc randomly on one piece of trash and not an elite means that elite lives longer. Not taking my Duelist's Flurry damage into account means elites and bosses live longer. Not proccing on things like Smoke Bomb is irritating.
Sure, BiS with Lostmauth set is doing fine. I'm not BiS or using that set.
Fix it plz.

It does not even proc on every encounter (not on smoke bomb at least).
SoD used to be a significant part of PvE dps output in mod5, this bug is greatly reducing Executioner performance.
