bring back pre mod 6 gear for transmutation

They should bring back the pre-Mod 6 gear to transmute the new gear we will get. If we had it unlocked in our collections we should be able to use it for transmute it. make it bound to character and I wouldn't even care about ~50k to make the transmutation. I just hate how all the current sets look right now.
