Will the new Artifact Gear work with the old artifact gear?

If you have the complete set of 'Lathander' artifact gear,... and you upgrade just the cloak to 'Greater Cloak of Lathander' will you still get the set bonus?.... or does your entire set have to be 'Greater'?.....
