Class Artifacts

As usual we see, the equipment "end-game" changed completely and so we have a change in build.

I'm doing a topic on ideas that I thought were of public interest and decided to state my opinion and share my ideas with others here on forum.

1- New artifacts, with noticeably better status and will supplement our build more effectively. (in some situations)

2- The fact that most of the game have difficulty with the system refinement points shows how much we need to reuse items, this way the class artifacts become real "paper weights"

3- There is not even a utility raise class artifacts to the next rank knowing that will only occupy a space in the inventory of your character if by chance the same artifact is changed or take a nerf.


MY SUGGESTION

In fact I thought of two possible solutions to these problems.

- After the legendary, become recyclable class artifacts, as well as being an extremely high expense, it is a huge time invested and it helps to "switch device" through refinement.

OR

- If we level the artifact to the legendary, release the same rank for all characters on the account, as well as the first option is the only way to really be a benefit to invest in a device that can NOT be recycled

    yeah I'm a little frustrated that Some RP is lost from refining these artifacts that no longer feel as relevant. But I'd rather see a change that makes the artifact Special for the class its for.

    GWF artifact could give them 20% more unstoppable time or more temp hp.
    CW artifact could give a Control bonus or Reduce the CD of their Tab skill by 25%
    TR artifact could add an overcharge to stealth giving them an extra At-will hit / some stealth left over after using an encounter
    GF artifact could add a passive reflect when you deflect while blocking
    HR artifact could add Additional damage to range / additional lifesteal % to meele.
    SW artifact could add extra targets can be cursed
    OP artifact could add extra charges of divine call.
    People are way too negative, Why cant we just all get along.
