Why No Armor Set Bonuses?

(Question for both PvP and PvE.)

Why do we have neither a 2/4 stat bonus or a 4/4 set bonus? Considering it is harder to get the new armor and level 70 stat percentages are weaker than level 60 percentages, this makes no sense.

Is this temporary while the devs think of some bonuses or is it permanent?

    Temporary,the devs said as much.However the bonuses won't be coming for a while,maybe in the next module or two,but not now.
    It's BUGS bunny i tell you.

    its so ther is more flexablity with the gear with people haveing all different artifacts or different builds and so one armor isn't BiS and you get that and have to adjust your arifacts and enchants around your gear because of the 4/4 set bonus you can ajust your armour around the artifacts and stats you need

    We wont be getting set bonus armor's again for a while, the current ones are as is. but they are going to release RARER set gear later .
    People are way too negative, Why cant we just all get along.

    When or if they do release set bonuses again I doubt they will be anything like as powerful as the lvl 60 ones that remained BiS for 5 modules .

    I believe the intention is to utilize overload slots to give set-like bonuses.

    it'd be cool if they updated class artifacts to give the corresponding class some sort of buff.

    GWF artifact could give them 20% more unstoppable time or more temp hp.
    CW artifact could give a Control bonus or Reduce the CD of their Tab skill by 25%
    TR artifact could add an overcharge to stealth giving them an extra At-will hit / some stealth left over after using an encounter
    GF artifact could add a passive reflect when you deflect while blocking
    HR artifact could add Additional damage to range / additional lifesteal % to meele.
    SW artifact could add extra targets can be cursed
    OP artifact could add extra charges of divine call.

    Give a class an actual benefit for using THEIR specific class artifact. you can still use them on other chars then, but the class its made for gets a boost. Sure, It makes the artifact a "Must-slot" item in some cases for the class, but Shouldn't a special reward for getting the class to max level BE just that? a really good upgrade?

    Have any of you tried a 70 t2 dungeon? if they increase the set bonus to 10x what they were at 60 it wouldn't help you lol jus saying
