Get rid of the autoleaver penalty in dom pvp

Seriously. So my dog hits my router chasing the cat and knocks the cord out in the router in the middle of pvp, I am able to get back on in TEN SECONDS and am forced out of the match with a leaver penalty????? I know that wasn't a vote kick, it was a very close match.
Seriously, a ten second disconnect and you are forcing the team to lose and the player to suffer a 30 minute leaver penalty?
If you guys haven't guessed, the leaver penalty is on you because people are quitting in droves, and things like this only help to push the last of the faithful few out the door. WAY TO GO. Fix it.
