Can't move to instance of party members

1. create an xbox live party
2. in-game, invite your party members to your group
3. party members attempt to use the "move to instance" functionality so that your'e all playing together
4. function prompts user to confirm
5. user presses 'A' to confirm and nothing happens - the 'B' Cancel function works.
Interestingly, if you use the "Change Instance" function buried in the menus you can force it.

the workaround is,
1, invite all members to your group/party.
2 then they should see your name with the #HAMSTER number after it.
3 tell them all to press start goto quests then (change instance) to your number, if your all in group its normally the very first one..
