server not responding

This whole <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> with servers not responding cant connect to shard is really getting old. I want to play the game but **** these persistent issues make me want to say f it a delete it from my hard drive would really like to see a time table from fixes to be implemented because your whole comment "we are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it" isnt really an answer i just as irritating as the server problems

    its like everyday for me, mostly when im just finishing the dungeon on bosses........... Pissing me off so much. I constantly die because of it.

    Ever since patch game doesnt work. First I had dx graphic errors crashing the game on login, then the game just plain couldnt get past the neverwinter title screen, and now i try to log on today and the patcher cant even connect with the server so I cant even load the cryptic initial screen. Broke *** <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>

    I am also not able to get into Neverwinter since Elemental Evil went live (it seems that was the starting point). I get launcher, it tries to patch, I hit play, I get through first loading screen, then it freezes at the Neverwinter loading screen with a message at the botom left that shows "materials Files reloaded". Running win 8.1 - task manager shows Neverwinter (not responding) with a bunch of 32 bit ARC browsers running in the BG. This sucks....

    Sorry to hear about these issues. The only thing I can do is suggest including your ISP and your region to allow the developers to better assess the situation rather than simply demanding a fix. Fixes require back and forth discussions.

    I use to tell people to treat this like going to a doctor's office. You can't just tell the doctor you don't feel well and demand them to fix you. They have to know details about you and why you might have an issue while others do not.

    Don't be fooled, it has nothing to with your ISP provider. Unless my ISP has a special deal with every other game and media site except neverwinter. Also I would find it hard to believe that since beta, the only lag in game I have experienced at all was during tiamat from the dc's and burning guidance but now coincidentally my ISP has problems since the launch of EE. Highly unlikely
