Can't join Queues

I'm trying to complete my daily skirmish and dungeon but am unable to join in the queues for either of my characters. I've quit the game and restarted it but still no luck. Anyone else having this same issue? Did you fix it? If so, what did you do to fix it. I've also tried to join the new Assault and can't even get into that.

    Queues are down

    Queues dont work. There is no fix other than waiting and checking it later
