You'll eventually will wish to have Leadership and Jewelcrafting (Rings!) at Lvl 25 on every played char, also Black Ice Shaping at lvl 5. Getting at least one char to Lvl 25 in the corresponding Armor Profession (Mailsmithing, Leatherworking,...) could be useful in the midterm to long run (Armor Powerups, underwear,...).
Alchemy 25 on at least one char - which can probably be a mule, the Elements thingies are introduced as being "available on the AH", so they should be unbound.
