[Synopsis]
Sometimes, for unknown reasons, VP debuff will not drop despite target dead.
[Normalcy]
Normally, the power goes into recharge only when the "2nd attack" is initiated. When a target dies whiles under the effects of the "1st attacl" debuff, the debuff correctly drops, and the power is reset.
[Bug]
Sometimes, when a target dies in very short intervals between the initial VP throw and its deathblow, VP fails to "drop" correctly. Thus, the target is dead, but VP fails to reset. No target bearing the VP debuff/mark is present, yet the power icon still shows "2nd attack mode". When pressed, nothing happens, and goes into cooldown.
