Do the CC-resist-stats work properly, and do they stack?

Hi,

anyone able to answer whether or not the control resist stat, tenacity cc stat, prophetic action artifact class feature (DC class feature, +25% cc resist), Elven Battle, and Valindra's cc set bonus stack?

Also, do the cc resist stats properly work. Is Transendent Elven Battle actually working against immobilizes (freeze), disables (daze), and stun (GWF stuns)?

If i.e. the tenacity cc resist, artifacts with cc resist stat, and elven battle do not stack, then why have items that say they supply cc resist. I am here assuming that the particular stat with highest cc-resist-impact is in motion, while all other cc-resist contributions don't help at all, because the stats don't add upon each other. Whether it is true or not I don't know. However, I would argue that the cc resist stats should stack/add upon each other.

Thus, for the dev that may have time to look at this, do the cc-resist-stats work on the proper powers coming from the enemy team (PvP in this case), and do they all stack?
