Vigilent task not counting towards 16

I have been running vigilent tasks in Drowned shore but they have not been counting towards the 16. Can some one fix this? Explain why this happened?

Don't expect an answer from staffs so here I'll tell you how it was fixed for me. If you are in party, leave it. Log out and log in again. If it still doesn't work, repeat.
