Greater Lathander's Belt vs. Greater Wis or Cha Artifact Belt for Healing Paladin

Since Lathander's been changed to +2 Wis / +2 Cha now as Greater Belt. Would that be a better mix of + Healing and Action Point Gain.. or +4 Greater Wis Belt better option for more Healing Power?

Or maybe it's a choice of Tanker vs. Stronger Healer?

I had expected this set to stay GF / Tank OP set... maybe still viable for Tanking Paladin at the loss of +2% damage Resist... but +4% crit.. with tanky stats... HAMSTER for GF obviously
