Someone Help me pleaaaase!!!

Until it reaches 5 tries the 2nd picture will appear .. anyone encountered this problem? please help me .. i cant really log in to the game .. :(

    Just off the top of my head maybe you have some protection program blocking it on your computer? Not really much of a tech guy. But that's what it sounds like.

    My internet connection seems fine and can even play other online games .. i think its their server prob .. i have waited like 8 hours ..

    Well, that's just not cool. And waiting for it to go away is never the answer. I would be firing off a billion emails to their tech support people to get them working on this.

    I remember having to do something similiar with SOE back in the day with Everquest. I litterally sent them about 100 1 word emails putting together a complaint with the last email spelling out the whole thing.

    Seems my anger at that got some peoples attention, because the issue was fixed within 48 hours.
