Latency-Timed out connection

The worst problems that i've encountered,post Mod6, are increased latency and getting the "Connection to log in server timed out" message. I've posted many tracerts before in the appropriate threads/stickys and i'm convinced there is something wrong with your servers.Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that i'm playing from Europe and not the US.However ,if i recall correctly,there was announced a server hardware upgrade, to accomodate for more players. I don't see the difference, in performance/connection speed, to be honest.
