Nasty client crashes still happening

This is probably the third time I've posted one of these but the game client is still crashing a HUGE portion (at least 1/4th) of the time when entering/exiting ANY waypoint (especially quest exits). The game doesn't just CTD like it should but totally freezes up the OS and causes a ton of other problems until you restart...
It just goes to black from any loading screen and task manager has one HELL of a time getting the client to CLOSE... It's faster to just force-shutdown any time it happens, a crash THIS bad is totally inexcusable... (especially since it's been happening for months)
