Is this the improvement Devs promised for PVP Matchmaking?

Today I wanted to try the PvP "IMPROVED" PvP matchmaking and Queued for PvP dom. After waiting about 15 minutes I finally got in a match and the results were terrible... My team had no weapon or armor enchantments but the opponent team had 3 (with old gear score) 18k+ party members with legendary artifacts etc and they ripped us apart naturally. I mean... Why? Just why? Why would they say that it's gonna be improved while it's still the same? Why would they give us false hopes. There are no improvements. The matchmaking is still the same.

The only improvement made is; that you can't inspect the opponent team anymore and i guess it is made to reduce complains and video footages that people would post to show there are no improvements.

Oh common, remember last time they gave you the matchmaking you wanted so badly. It once took me 2+ hours during the weekends to get a match, TWO HOURS for one match. And yes, you should ._.
