Artifact and Dragonborn Set bugs.

I was respecing my HR when I noticed that the tooltip of my artifacts show's a big round 0 when it comes to dealing damage or healing, tried refining, unequip, relog, nothing seems to work they still give me stats but they won't work.

As for the Ring of the Dragon Slayer it only gives +1 stats, which i don't know if that's a bug or a rework on the item, which would suck.

Anyone has the same problem(s)? is there any way to fix it?

Report bugs in the Elemental Evil subforum, and expect a lot of fixes in the big planned patch on April 23.

Seems like Live has more bugs than Preview had.
