Terror is still the strongest atm. The 40% flat reduction on defense is just more consistent than the 45% that Plague Fire can reach. Vorpal isn't bad if you have enough crit chance but with the stat curves, it's only good once you reach BiS and crit focus. On the other hand, if you're running archery Vorpal could work pretty well.
Honestly though the best weapon enchant is Terror for PvE, and Feytouched for PvP. Assuming Feytouched still stacks three times.
I think feytouch is for range build since it give more + direct damage like encounter, atwill, and daily
for trapper i think vorpal still the best because trapper damage came from thornt root and since thornt root damage came from weapon damage

I've made myself a transcendent vorpal, because I do crit majority of the time, and I've been doing a ton of damage. The additional debuffs make it even more worthwhile for me. Of course, I might test a perfect plaguefire just to see what it's like, but for me, vorpal works best. It's just down to your build and what you prefer. Though I think terror is good... to me... it's just not what I want.

Feytouched doesn't stack. It can only happen every 20sec and the effect only last 10sec. So I'm guessing Terror for PvP and Plague fire for PvE? Or the other way around

For a single target, vorpal is better. For a team setup, Terror is much better. Not only it debuffs defense (not sure if it means overall DR or the defense stat only), it also debuffs 40% target(s)' power plus the extra root on max rank.

It debuff defense stat and power stat only..which mean for player with 2k-10k defense stat, its only 2-10% DR. For player with 10k-20k power stat, its 10%-20% dmg. And for team setup, its only ideal case that u can hit all 5 of enemy. In real case scenario, u might not hit everything constantly due to stealth, movement, position and range. Still i think terror is a bad enchant for HR. Doesnt suit its gameplay. Hr is all about single target and bursting someone down asap. Nobody hangs behind to shoot splitshot or cordon of arrow and wait enemy TR to come stab u on the back. Root might be good from trancendance if its 1-2sec duration. But if its 0.5sec..its jus meh. We already got crushing root and there is a probability that it can be counter by Elven Battlement enchant. Terror is only good on DC but not HR in aspect of class build. If there is a DC in ur team that use terror, u are like having no enchant at all.
Seems like everyone is all over the place with this.
Xbox One player here, trying to get prepared for upcoming mods. For Mod 5 it seems like the top contenders are vorpal and plague fire. There doesn't seem to be much love on PC for Vorpal though. Some of you mentioned it's better for single target. But on mod 5 it works for PVE as well because once our roots take hold, they crit, crit, crit, crit... not all the time but pretty often. Is this not the case on PC?
