Sharandar Campaign greyed out

I previously completed my sharandar campaign besides Malabog's Castle key and now it's showing me that "Plant Vibrant Seedlings" and "Reinforce Protective Wards" are incomplete and grayed out and says "locked". I still have all my boons.
When I open the "level up" interface with the stock "U" key, it shows that I have 2 tasks pending. Dead Ring campaign and Sharandar campaign. When I click on those, a window pops up but just shows the option "goodbye". I know my character is bugged out on live with sharandar not being able to access the campaign store remotely through the campaign window.
