Daily Quests aren't available

I'm level 17 on my second character I'm leveling and his dailies aren't showing up at Rhix. He gave me the quest for the dungeon, but he doesn't have the Skirmish or the Dominion quests available. They don't even show up in the grey text telling me when I can get them, like they do on my other character.

Anyone else having this issue? Am I just missing something?

    Yeah.. just ignore this. I got them at level 20. Not sure if there is an option to delete or not. I sure can't find it. Feel free to delete this thread PW.

    To abandon quest.
    1. go to the quest menu
    2. click on that quest and then hit abandon

    BUMP, have no dailies quest available on my char, how can i fix it?

    1. What is a Kobolt doing in a Protecto's Enclave?

    My quest log is clear. Please help.

    The same problem but I play at PC,somebody can explain me why?
