Warlock Left stick (RUN) does not turn off when your out of stamina

Subject: Warlock Left stick (RUN) does not turn off when your out of stamina
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in with a Warlock
2. Use the left stick clicking it in and run out of stamina
3. Try and turn off the (RUN)like command and it persists.
4. To turn it off you must hold still for 5-10 seconds then click the left stick when you have stamina to turn it off.

I think jumping seems to turn it off also.
This is driving me nuts. If i am out I should be able to just click in and turn off that spell but its stuck on tell i have stamina to turn it off kind of odd.
