Why give us a daily for level 60 skirmishes

Once you hit level 60, Lord Neverember gives you a daily to complete four skirmishes, yet the skirmishes available to us don't count towards that, Battle for the Bridge and Averrant Assault.

Is this intentional or am I missing some type of skirmish that I need to unlock?

    Most likely an oversight. The skirmishes that count are in the Fury of the Feywild and Shadowmantle modules that you all don't have access to yet.
