Permanent timeout when connecting to game

Ok. So i know it happened many times before, but no one really wrote it now. I'm trying to connect to game and it's timing out every single time. I barely got through with launcher, and now i can't log in game because it is timing out or can't load my character cause server is not responding for minute and it's timing out all the same. Can you do something with it?

    Did you find a fix for this? I haven't been able to log in since last weekend over this issue. I've tried clearing cache, restarting my router, and even re-installing the game. Nothing works.
