action bar on screen help plz

The action bar on screen..that holds all of our layout spells and potions..in the center is a 6 sided cubee that fills up slowly then flashes full...on a control wizard its a triangle..what is this for and how do i use it..or what does it do..
I cant find anything out about it..ty in advance

    Thats your "Daily" . Its your super attack (Ice Storm). Once its full you can use it ( LB+X) . as you level you will get more choices of powers.

    ^^ What antihero said. It fills up as you beat on your various baddies... more beatings...more fill up!
