New Player: Do I get the "free stuff" offer (war dog) adding 500 ZEN?

First post on the forum so hi all! :)

Just started playing the game and I saw this add:

Is that also true for new XBOX ONE players?

If so, how do I add 500 Zen? I see an option to add 1000 Zen, but not 500.

    Im asking about the 500 zen reward mentioned in the link I copied in my post, not the illusionist.

    For linking you receive the Renegade Illusionist instead of the Zen.
