Bought a mark of union from the AH - Not receiving item?

I bought a mark of union for 1000 AD. I did a buyout and got the item, however I still don't have it in my inventory. I'm a newbie when it comes to this, so do I need to wait?

    There is a Mail Courier right next to the Auction area. All items purchased through the Auction House are delivered through mail. Go to the mail and press X to remove the item.

    PS: You can only remove items at a Physical Mailbox, not through the mail menu.
