Can't get daily quests!

I tried several times to get daily quests from Rhix after I passed lvl 10 on xbox. He says he has quests for me, but there are no quests listed. Can anyone tell me if I need to go somewhere else to get these quests or what else I need to do? Would really appreciate any advise.

I think you need to be level 16 for him to give you one.... I tried the same thing, but it didn't give me the "Cloak Tower" dungeon option until level 16.... though google of info seems to suggest you might be able to pop in by level 12. But the levels are minimum lvl 16, so you might take a small beating going in that early (unless the rest of your team just mops it up for you )

Actually, they should become available between level 12 and 14. The dungeon itself (The Cloak Tower) is a level 16 dungeon, but is available to levels 12-21, I believe. If you are below level 16 the game will increase your stats and level to level 16 while you are in the dungeon and return you to your correct level upon leaving. That being said, it may also be necessary to complete an earlier quest in which you have to turn in an item to Rhix, in order for it to become available (though I'm not certain about that, seeing as I haven't tried it without completing that quest first.)
