Remove new user posting restriction for this section

Since all of the Xbox forum users are new... They can't post. That's gonna hinder the progress of this forum section for a while. Maybe new users should be allowed to post new threads in this sub forum?

Odd, I cannot post a new thread here or elsewhere yet.

Edit: Now all of a sudden I have the ability to post new threads. Odd.
