TR will crouch instead of rolling, happens way too frequently

I play a wood elf TR and sometimes when I use my roll, the TR will crouch down and just slide around instead of rolling. This will get me killed at least 10-20 times a week as a lot of the attacks I am trying to dodge can kill me in 1 hit. It appears that this crouch position is the very first part of the animation of the TR's roll and it just gets stuck in that crouch position. I've tried to find info on this bug but nothing came up on any searches. Someone told me that they've heard of it happening with the Dragonborn race.

This is the kind of bug that would cause great outrage in a game like WOW and be addressed immediately but it's existed since I started playing this game and I've not heard a peep about it. I run into little bugs in this game on a daily basis, mostly just minor inconveniences, but this one is a big deal. Are you guys aware of this bug and will it ever be addressed?

So does anyone read this stuff and reply to our concerns? This bug really bugs me so I would like some information. Is there a race where this bug does not occur perhaps? Does anyone who works on the game read these things or what?
