Why would I , or anyone, buy a greater mark of potency for 103k from the auction house when I can buy as many as I want from the bazaar for 100k? do they post these to just catch people who don't know any better? Seems like by the time you'd need one you'd know where to buy therm and the price hmmmmmmmmmmm

Not just idiots buy items more than what they get from the game's shops in online games, Gold sellers do that often too. They may even buy things worth 100k AD from the AH for 1 million AD too, but then it will be easier to draw a red flag. ;)

You can even sell Gem-Studded Platinum Chalices for 5kAD per stack of 20...

I agree with you on that. Plus the ones you buy off AH is helping someone else out with AD. (If they're not a r[]b@t)

Why support those ripping you off? I'd much rather get it from the bazaar and have it straight in my inventory.

Well I don't see it as a rip off. If you already using AH and you just happen to say "hey i need some gmops" Why not just get off off the AH as your already using it? But there once was a time where Gmop on AH was cheaper than bazaar too. But with mod6 on our door step, everything that's worth something that can help you with leveling items
is on a come up atm.

You do know you can buy those from anywhere you are standing right? You don't have to go to the actual vendor you know? You can simply click the "Spend" button next to your Diamonds in your Currency Inventory tab and buy the stuff for 3-4k less instead of going to the AH, or trying to run to a mailbox to spend ...extra diamonds?

you said right, i feel better knowing that those ads are helping someone else and they just dont go in ad sink oblivion.
of course ad sinks are needed, Its just me...if the ripping off is limited to 3-4-5k its ok

yea i know, i wrote "if i m already using the ah" this means i have to go to the mailbox anyways

Why is it always someone ripping someone else off. Clearly (Maybe)people know that you can get Gmop off AH and bazaar. So is it really people getting ripped off. Or people being lazy and/or don't know about the Gmop in Bazaar set at 100k AD?

I don't think some of you lads get it. The Gmop in bazaar wasn't always the cheapest way to get your Gmop. AH "was" the cheapest by far. But with "Mod6" here ofc the price jumped a better. For the good or the worst it don't matter. Soon you all will post something down the line saying "Omg Gmop is so much cheaper than the ones in Bazaar" Trust me it's been done before hand.

For the same reason anyone would pay $200 or more for a perfect xxxxxx enchant.

They're charging slightly more, but if they don't the AH fees mean they're losing money.

I never buy the mods off the AH when they cost more than I would spend using the 4th icon from the left (wondrous bazaar), but I can understand why they would charge a little bit more.

I.e. they spent $1 on a bottle of water, but the law requires that they pay taxes when they SELL it, so they sell it for $1.05.

Of course it's ripping people off. They're charging more than how much the item costs. It's not a case where it's value is subjective, it has a distinct value and a supply that realistically should allow for cheaper marks. That's not to say I haven't ripped people off either, I sell for whatever I think I can get. But I'm not going to support those trying to take advantage of ignorance when there's a perfectly valid alternative.

If someone buys a $1 bottle of water and tries to sell it to me walking past for $5 right outside the store, I'm hardly going to think that he's doing anything but ripping me off.

I see what you're says but this is what makes the world of Nw go round and round. But trust me give it a week or 2 after mod6 drops, it is be back to what it was before. Gmop under 99k

They should be a bit lower than that and NEVER should be at or above 100K. It's not even a convenience factor. It's easier to bring up Wonderous Bazzar and have the item in your inventory for 100K than buying it on the AH (even for 99K) and having to open up the mailbox.

Exactly...look at the blue marks right now...They go for 25k at bazaar and as of a couple days ago they were around 20k on AH...

That's only if they brought it from the WB. But who does that?!? No, they got them free by drops and they are being greedy (or smart) knowing there are people who will buy them at the higher price.

Average price of GMOP has been well over 100K for the longest time. I bet it will stay that way for a long time. GMOP under 99K is a rarity and hard to find because they get snapped up quickly.

What really amazes me are the people who buy stacks of overpriced GMOP. Guess these rich people don't care.

Probably the same reason I can sell new lockboxes for 500 each the first few hours after they're released on the auction hall.

Yeah i really hate people who do that. Also the same people who try and sell the Cat/Dragonborn brawler for over 1mil AD, just to try and catch new people.

really wish anything from the WB u can not put on AH for over the value.

The real idiots are the sellers, because AH fees eat up a good chunk of their profit.

Well I do that sometimes too but for those not more than 105k. It's call circulating the AD. If you buy from bazaar, AD will kept disappearing. Buying from AH let's others (who prob need it, I never sell my GMoPs lol) to obtain ADs. Thus, it will keep the economy alive. If everyone just buy from Bazaar, then AD will kept disappearing real fast.

Seeing how AH prices have been inflating, the economy could have some AD removed. If everyone buys from WB, they would have more AD to spend on other items for themselves, instead of transferring it the seller for no good reason.
