Swashbuckling still the best set for PvE?

Yo I'm the guy who returned to the game just recently and I've investigated all the new Armor Sets right now.
I came to the conclusion that my Swashbuckling set is still pretty good if not the best for PvE, because it gives you +1k power and +1k recovery pretty quickly while you are in combat.
And the amount of power the set gives you is still higher compared to a Draconic Templar Set.

I wonder if you guys would recommend different gear for PvE and if so, why.

    It is BiS for PVE until Tuesday, April 7th.
