Why can't I upgrade my Jewelcrafting Assets??

I went to upgrade my Green Iron Bezel Pushers today..and the task in not in my list. I recently leveled to 20, so not sure if that has something to do with it. I can upgrade my Jewelcrafters, but no other assets. Does anyone know why? Can anyone tell me how to get the task back? Thanks all!

Someone on the Preview yesterday was complaining about it too. They still exist, just kick your computer a few times. :rolleyes:
